Will we lose money if we invest in Maritime?
Like any investment, there is a certain amount of risk associated with real estate. Unlike other investments, however, real estate is a hard, tangible asset; far different from the purchase of Stocks and Bonds which are fraught with risk and your investment can go to zero. Real Estate never goes to zero. In fact, the longer an investor holds real estate, the larger the profits. There are 4key opportunities in owning real estate. Unlike any other investment, Real Estate investing offers depreciation, appreciation, equity build up and cash flow. Finally, an investor can touch real estate, see real estate, and own real estate. It is completely controlled by investors, not Wall Street.
